Professional Housing Management and Compliance

Our family of companies have been handling the business of ownership and management of conventional and affordable housing since 1952. We began management of HUD subsidized housing communities in 1974, management of Rural Development in 1977 and management of Section 42 (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) housing in 2002 respectively.

We take compliance very seriously. Our compliance professionals direct and monitor federal, state and local compliance of more than 5,000 affordable units ensuring that no projects have less than a satisfactory Management Review Score. We currently manage approximately 7,000 units and provide our services in 13 states for the clients we serve. 

Development of New Housing


We have extensive experience in working with not-for-profit, for profit and limited profit entities in the development of new housing and have had many successful funding applications under the HUD Section 202 Supportive Housing Program and the HUD Section 811 Supportive Housing Programs. In addition we have submitted several successful Rural Development 515 and HUD Funding proposals which resulted in construction of affordable housing units for the ownership entity.
