3320 BARDSTOWN ROAD LOUISVILLE, KY 40218

DESCRIPTION

The Brown Suburban was originally a hotel that was finished being built in 1960 by James Graham Brown, a businessman that developed much of the downtown Louisville area, including the Brown Hotel, Brown Theater, and Kentucky Towers.  In 1980 it was converted into condominiums and has been run as such since then.  The Brown has 22 two bedroom units, 1 three bedroom unit that is zoned for commercial as well as residential use, and 87 1 bedroom units.  The Brown is about 20-30% owner occupied, and the rest are leased by the owner. The Brown Suburban Condominiums has a large room that can be rented by residents for no charge called the “John Gary Activities Center,” and an on-site laundry.  Hayes-Gibson serves as the Property Management for the Owner's Association.
